Our Commercial Pool Service Plan provides professional, Department of Health compliant maintenance for your community or facility. Performed by a Certified Commercial Pool Operator, this plan includes all chemicals, water testing, cleaning, equipment inspections, and detailed recordkeeping for hassle-free health inspections, ensuring your pool and spa are always safe, clean, and inviting.
*Monthly commercial maintenance rates depend on pool/spa size, location, and number of units in the community.
Weekly Commercial Pool Service Plans
Water Chemistry and Compliance:
Measure and adjust pool/spa water chemistry (all chemicals included).
Record water readings in Department of Health approved log & database for inspections.
Ensure compliance with Department of Health regulations.
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Skim Surface.
Vacuuming Pool Bottom (every visit)
Brush pool and spa walls.
Scrub and degrease waterline tiles using tile soap and/or degreaser.
Empty all baskets and clean skimmer openings.
Wash filters as needed based on PSI and Flow meter parameters, but no less than once per month.
Check pool and spa water temperatures.
Maintain appropriate water level.
Salt System Cleaning (every 3 months).
Equipment Checks & Reporting:
Visually inspect all pool/spa equipment each visit.
Digital Service History (client portal).
Report any issues or concerns promptly to management
