Do you charge for extra visits?
Extra visits outside the weekly schedule (storms, parties, heavy debris) may have an additional fee depending on the work needed. We’ll let you know ahead of time so there are no surprises.
Do you charge for filter cleanings?
Monthly filter cleanings are included for residential and commercial pools.
How much does weekly pool service cost?
Pricing depends on pool size, screen enclosure, equipment setup, and the condition of the water. Most residential pools fall within a standard monthly rate. We provide a free quote after a quick evaluation.
Do you charge extra for chemicals?
Basic chemicals are included in your monthly service. Specialty treatments like phosphate removers, algaecides, stain treatments, or heavy-duty cleanups may have an additional fee, and we always notify you before applying anything outside the routine.
How does monthly billing work?
Service is billed in advance on the first of each month. You’ll receive a text or email confirmation, and you can pay electronically for convenience.
Do you require a contract?
We don’t require a long-term contract for residential clients, but we do use a month-to-month service agreement that outlines our service details and the client’s responsibilities. Commercial pools do require a signed contract due to health code standards and operational requirements. You can adjust or cancel residential service with notice.
